Error 515

Error 515 occurs when multiple versions or editions of Smaart are opened at the same time, or one is opened immediately after the other. This is because both copies of Smaart are trying to access the licensing API at the same time, which causes license corruption.

While you can have multiple versions or editions of Smaart installed on the same device, we do not recommend running multiple copies of Smaart simultaneously. This excludes Data Modeler, which is intended to be able to run alongside Smaart v9.

As of Smaart v9.3, we have introduced a fix for this error. If you see this error, please make sure you are running the latest version(s) of Smaart v9 then try again.

If you are using v9.3 and Data Modeler, but you still receive Error 515, please contact support.
